Panel or Workshop Submission

If you are interested in hosting a Panel or Workshop at the Texas Battle Bowl, please fill out this form. We will review each submission and put together a diverse series of panels for our attendees to join.

Panelist receive the following:

  • Personalized Panelist Jersey
  • Panelist Badge with 3 Day Access to event
  • Speaker profile in our event pages and app

Travel and hotel are not provided for panelists, but we do have a discounted rate and priority rooms for panelists at the Double Tree across the street from the venue while supplies last.

Please take the time to give us details about your panel, include estimated time we are booking 30 minute and 60 minute panels with 15 min Q & A Sessions. If you have presented this panel before please let us know where and if you have any material please send them to us via the file upload button or include links in your description.
