Tabletop Gaming
The TX Battle Bowl features two tabletop arenas.
The WarGames Arena will host a 2 day 30 player event along with learn to play tables for spectators.
The Patriot Games Arena will host multiple Magic tournaments along with free play and learn to play tables
PC & Console Gaming
The TX Battle Bowl features two console arenas and a PC arena.
The Mission Red Arena will host a variety of Nintendo tournaments with Super Smash Brothers and Mario Kart.
The Fighting Games Arena will host the Street Fighter 6 and Mortal Kombat 1 tournaments.
And finally the Urgent Fury PC Arena will host the Valorant and Call of Duty Modern Warfare II tournaments

Marketing Strategy
The success of the Texas Battle Bowl is highly influenced by the amount of advertising leading up to the event. We depend on Sponsors to help fund the initial launch of our marketing campaign. The Sponsor Packages below line out what advertising platforms your company/organization will be included in.

Grassroots Marketing 06-23
Initial marketing for the event will be through social media sharing, community promotion and referral marketing from within our community

Beginning in July we will launch target Social Media Campaigns in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma

In August we will start our initial Television Ad Marketing targeting surrounding areas

In August we will begin our Radio Ad Campaign in the Permian Basin with over 200 30 second commercials per week.

Ramp Up 09-23
Approximately four weeks ahead of the event we will ramp up all marketing campaigns to blanket the Permian Basin with information about the event
We have partnered exclusively with NewsWest 9 to run a 6 week television campaign targeting our region with 30 second commercial promoting the event. We will create a variety of ads featuring various tournament details and inviting both competitors and spectators to the event.
Using our partner Town Square Media we will create a comprehensive Radio Campaign for the event in the Permian Basin and surrounding areas
