Magic The Gathering RCQ

96 Players compete in two separate $5,000 events

Warhammer GT

30 Players compete in a two day $1,500 event

Tabletop Gaming

The TX Battle Bowl features two tabletop arenas.

The WarGames Arena will host a 2 day 30 player event along with learn to play tables for spectators.

The Patriot Games Arena will host multiple Magic tournaments along with free play and learn to play tables

PC & Console Gaming

The TX Battle Bowl features two console arenas and a PC arena.

The Nintendo Arena will host a variety of Nintendo tournaments with Super Smash Brothers and Mario Kart.

And finally the Urgent Fury PC Arena will host the Rocket League, Street Fighter 6 and Call of Duty Black Ops 6 tournaments

64 teams battle 2 v 2 in the arena for a $2,00 prize pool

64 players converge in the PlayStation Arena to fight over $900

128 players jump in their Karts to race their way to victory for a $1,500 prize pool

With $5,000 on the line 512 players converge in the Nintendo Arena to battle for the crown

Marketing Strategy

The success of the Texas Battle Bowl is highly influenced by the amount of advertising leading up to the event. We depend on Sponsors to help fund the initial launch of our marketing campaign. The Sponsor Packages below line out what advertising platforms your company/organization will be included in.

Grassroots Marketing 09-24
Initial marketing for the event will be through social media sharing, community promotion and referral marketing from within our community

Social Media Qualifiers Marketing 10-24
Beginning in October '23 we will launch target Social Media Campaigns in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma to promote various qualifier events leading up to the event

Multimedia Ads Early 02-25
In February '25 we will start our initial Multimedia Ad Marketing targeting surrounding areas promoting early registration and VIP Packages

Ramp Up 04-25
Approximately six weeks ahead of the event we will ramp up all marketing campaigns to blanket the Permian Basin and surrounding areas with information about the event

We will hit the ground with a grassroots campaign leveraging local gaming communities, businesses and influencers to promote the various qualifying events, tournaments being offered and build up a buzz about the 2025 Battle Bowl

We will target all major social media outlets including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube with a variety of ad creatives

We will target various media platforms with network purchases that include streaming platforms such as Hulu, Amazon and Twitch
